The project promoted by the Galician club, with administrative support from the Xunta, involves an investment of 90 million euros and the construction of a complex in the municipality of Mos. This complex is focused on technology and training in sports, with facilities spread over 300,000 square meters and 75,000 meters of built-up roof.
The consulting firm CBRE, in association with RC Celta, has been in touch with the leading healthcare providers with a view to participating in the Galicia Sports 360 project. The hospital groups that have expressed their interest already have a presence in the Galician health market: Vithas, Quirón Group, and Ribera Salud. Additionally, Portuguese clinics with a UEFA license have entered the bidding. This is because the venue seeks to become a national and international benchmark, specializing in the sports field, working in areas such as trauma, injury recovery, or sports performance.
Within the space dedicated to Galicia Sports 360, there will also be a training center for the sports industry, for which there are already ongoing discussions with various universities that would be interested. This is in addition to the facilities that will serve RC Celta and its lower divisions.
